What are 100% virgin human hair extensions?
These are premium grade hair extensions which are the closest in the market to natural hair. They are soft, shiny, silky and tangle free throughout their lifetime. Unlike synthetic hair, they look very natural when worn. Their treatment is similar to your natural hair in that it can be dyed, curled, washed and styled.
At Beni Luxury hair, we only stock the best grade of 100% Virgin Human Hair extensions.
What is the difference between single drawn, double drawn and super double drawn hair extensions?
The difference is the ratio of long hair to short hair. In simple terms, they can be visually differentiated by the thickness towards the tip of the hair extension.
Single drawn hair is fullest at the top, tapers at the middle and thin on ends. Double drawn hair seeks to achieve 55-60% uniformity in length while super double drawn hair seeks to achieve 85-90% uniformity in length.
Regardless of the varying thickness you choose, the quality of hair remains the same.
Can I style, colour, straighten and curl my hair extensions?
Yes you can! Our extensions are made with 100% virgin human hair which means that your extensions can be treated like your human hair. However note that excessive use of these processes can be damaging to your hair extensions just as it would to your natural hair.
Can I wash my hair extensions?
Yes you can, however the general recommendation is that you wash your hair extensions if they absolutely need to. This is because the use of harsh products can affect your extensions. We suggest that when you wash your extensions, use high quality sulphate-free products as they are typically gentle on your extensions.
What is the difference between ombre mix and piano mix?
These are different types of hair colour techniques. With ombre mix, distinct colours are used at different parts of the hair shaft. The colours are segmented with lighter colours typically used at the middle to end of the hair. This is in contrast to piano mix where hair colours are subtly blended into each other and lined like piano keys from the root to tip. Piano mix is sometimes called balayage.
What is bone straight hair?
Bone straight hair is the pinnacle of luxury hair. It feels flat from top to bottom and is really classy and smooth. It requires no styling, which makes it a very unique type of hair extension. It is called bone straight because of the straightness of the hair and as you would expect, it cannot be curled. At any attempt to curl bone straight hair, it reverts to original form very quickly.
Bone straight hair is type of super double drawn hair in that it doesn't thin out towards the tip.

How long will my extensions last?
This will depend largely on how well you care for your hair. If properly cared for, your hair extensions can last for over 3 years. Clip in extensions typically last the longest as they are not usually worn daily and require less frequent washing.
Can I swim with my hair extensions?
If you choose to swim wearing your extensions, it is important not to let he salt or chlorinated water dry in your hair. Rinse thoroughly immediately with clean water after swimming. It is important to note that the frequency of exposure of your hair to salt and chlorinated water can affect how long your extensions last.
We advise that with wigs, you take them off before swimming for obvious reasons.
How do I remove my hair extensions?
Weft - Use a snipping device along the sewn thread and gently slide out of hair.
Ponytails - Unravel the extended piece, locate the clip and pull out of hair.
Clip Ins - Bend clips backwards to open and slide out of hair.
Tape Ins - Wet hair with a good tape remover of choice, leave for a minute and peel apart. Shampoo hair twice and condition to remove any residue left on hair.
Wigs (closure, frontal and head-band) - For closure and frontal wigs, wet hairline for a few minutes then gently detach wig from head. For Head-band wigs, simply yank them off...Lol!

Yes we ship worldwide.
Are there any import or custom duties in your (receiving) country?
We have not encountered this issue with shipments to our customers. However, an order can potentially incur charges such as customs, duties and local taxes in the your (receiving) country. Beni Luxury Hair will not be responsible for payment of customs fees when the item enters your country as this is the buyer's responsibility.
How do I track my package?
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number. However, if you have any problems tracking your parcel, do not hesitate to contact and us for assistance.
